Order cutoff time for shipping same day is 11am PST M-F. After 11am will be shipped the next business day.
Overnight shipping: If you pay for overnight next day delivery on a Friday, you will not receive it until Monday. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Our Standard Shipping for shipments 16 ounces or less is USPS First Class Mail. Over 16 ounces will be ship using Fedex Ground, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service.
FREE Shipping: All orders over $35 shipped to a USA address can ship for free to the customer. This shipping method is a 2-6 day delivery time. We will ship with one of the following: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipping cost are a extra charge to the buyer.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If Buyer orders the wrong part number we will exchage item for equal value item, Buyer must pay the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the item to be shipped to the buyer. If Buyer orders items and decides they do not want them or placed a order by mistake, a Store credit, will be issued upon return of items in Original Condition. If item's packaging is opened a 20% restocking charge may be applied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
